Halibrand Wheel Lug Covers

You should try Image Wheels, I bought my Hallibrand replicas from them and they have the cupped cross shape piece to cover the nuts. They told me that all the components are UK manufactured.

Does anyone know if it is still possible to get the "cross" shaped plate to cover the 4 wheel lugs where you have the faux spinners
