About Chris
I'm retired and live in Fairseat in Kent. I started to build my AK427 Gen II about 7 years ago. She has been on the road for 4 years and has travelled just over 11,000 miles. I use the car throughout the warmer climes as I tend to feel the cold more the older I get!
Powered by a LS1 5.7l efi engine linked to a TKO600 gearbox the car is a delight to drive. I service and maintain the car myself.
My confidence in the car has allowed me to go to Le Mans twice and to Angouleme once. The car performed admirably and generated a great deal of attention.

Cobras
I own a Dax cobra, an early one, which my dad bought originally in the early 80’s. It’s fitted with a 1964 427 FE and old school Toploader gearbox which I guess makes it pretty authentic.
