As stated in build manual. Does not state what configuration of build engine wise for this weight. 

AK 427 DESIGN WEIGHTS.
AXLE 1 638 kg
AXLE 2 780 kg
GROSS 1400 kg
Dax 351c T5 2.88 1996 -
Crendon 452c TKO600 -2022-

Does the AK build manual for IVA gross weight include a full tank of fuel and passenger? OP have you thought about a quick call to AK who should be able to answer your question straight away?

You can also get some really light trailers now too if you aren't interested on having anything on them options wise. 2t gross but only a 370-400kg trailer weight.

Depending on spec, I've seen one as low was 1100kg but most fall into the high 1200's.

There was that green one with the fancy interior, I think it was 1410 with fuel in it!

The brake test in the IVA is calculated from the weight. I agree with GTR_Garner. 1400KG for GEN2 AK with LS3 is on the high side.

The AK Build manual states 

"AK 427 DESIGN WEIGHTS. AXLE 1 638 kg. AXLE 2 780 kg. GROSS 1400 kg. Page 10"

This looks a general gross with no specific engine. I think even a big block might be under 1200kg. A 350 with ali intake iron heads is about 535lb and LS3 is  450lbs. So for a 350 with ali intake I would put around 1150Kg. A public weigh bridge can be use but it does not give splits.  Max Gross weight (full tank and two people with full boot weight) or Kerb weight

I'd be shocked if it was near 1400kgs.  I'd be expecting 1100-1200kgs spec dependant.

Hello,

For the IVA form 1c, we are advised by AK to enter in 1400 KG gross weight.
This is with an LS3 engine,
