Soft top.

The soft top for my cob is fine and would be happy to fit one of JK kits if it was required.
I am generally happy to do most things on my cob at the moment but would like to have some back up
in later years if it becomes necessary .
The original reason that I asked about hood trimmers was that a close neighbor of mine has an Audi
with a soft top issue and is finding it difficult to locate someone that has the skills.
My personal take is I wouldn't trust a main dealer around my neck of the woods to do any of this kind of work and certainly wouldn't trust them to repair a puncture on my push bike !

JK sports cars, has a soft top kit if your up for fitting it your self, fits Dax, and AK, I made and fitted mine. Just needs a bit of patients, make some templates etc, I also made a tonneua cover to use the same row of body studs.

Does anyone know of a good soft top specialist / trimmer ,
preferably in the Essex area .
There use to be a local company called "Hoods Galore"  that I used many years ago for my
daughters Street KA, they were good and did not take the pee with the cost !
Unfortunately they no longer exist like lots of these type of places .
