Non starter and fix.

Ive been in and out of hospital for some time so the cob has been standing.
Went out this morning after charging the battery up. Turns over fine but no firing.
Squirt of Easy start and still nothing.
Then I remembered  a similar thing a couple of years back.
Took the dizzy cap off bit of emery cloth on the end of the arm untill it was shining and then cleaned off the contact point.
On looking inside the dizzy cap I could see each of the contacts had a black mark on them. Drmeeled them clean with a teeny wire brush.
Put back together and first turn of the key she fires up and runs perfect.
Just shows what standing for a few months does.
