AK have an electric hand brake kit that can be retro fitted, Russ Howell has fitted a couple of electric hand brake kits on new AK builds, hardest part would be fitting the bracket and ram, then wiring it up.  I'm sure I read a few articles on this forum in the past about retro fitting an electric hand brake.
