C-type replica & JLR court case

I do hope they win their case, they should but with the likes of JLR, Ford, VW etc they tend to have a lot
of money (unlimited) to spend .If they are successful, hopefully all of the parties involved will be properly compensated .

Some of you may remember I posted on the old forum about the Maganussens in Sweden being sued by JLR and won. The Magnusson's had plans to build there own C-tyoe and to build a few more for a few select customers. JLR were aware of the plan the whole way through with the Magnussons even giving a presentation to them on their plans, that were condoned.

Then JLR wanted to start building their own £1M+ replicas. They were part of the reason Suffolk Sports cars went out of business.
