I need some help!
I'm installing an LS3 with Tremec TKX box into an AK427 Gen III chassis and I've run across an issue with the flat AK supplied gearbox mount.
Using the gearbox mount supplied by Roadcraft I'm approx 3.5cm away (high) from the bracket!
Roadcraft say this is the same isolator mount they supply to everyone (Inc AK) and AK say they always use the flat mount in their builds!
The engine and gearbox are level as is the chassis - so I'm out of ideas as to what I'm doing wrong!
Any thoughts or ideas welcome.
Thanks

I had the same issue with my AK.
I bought stainless steel spacers from eBay to take up the gap.
Think mine was around 13mm due to the flat mounting bracket supplied.
Cheers
