Im looking to replace my BMW steering column stalks. The RH one is close to being in interference with the door. Can anyone point me in the right direction to buy some. In the old forum I remember someone manufacturing them in batches. I know AK do them but I was thinking the price might be "matchable" elsewhere.
Also when I've changed them are they ok for IVA. The ones on the AK website have no markings that I can see. Is this an issue for IVA. Ive looked in the IVA manual and as long as they operate correctly and there is an indication that the operation is working eg lights on the dash, windscreen wipers moving then the stalks don't need indication of what they are for on them. It keeps using the term "not to cause confusion for the driver" a lot. Surely if the driver knows what they do, is that enough?
