Title: Rubberised underbody products
Post by: Gazc2 on Jan 22, 2026, 11:37 AM
I have seen the previous thread and watched some youtube vids on the Isoflex products which get good reviews can anyone tell me if you have used this does it dull down to a matt finish rather than gloss and has anyone overpainted it ? or any recommendations for an alternative product ? I like the finish of the raptor products however probably too hard on their own.

any help appreciated

Gary

So thought I would give an update I decided to go with S-fixx rubberised coating for a couple of reasons its water based so no fumes to deal with and it dries to a matt finnish I also decided to overspray it with a matt stonechip.

It goes on really well with no runs left it a couple of days to dry and it was all good done a trial on my wiring cover and happy with the result I am going to wait untill the temp rises a bit before tackling the body.

It goes on brown but dries black

I will get some pics later struggling with file size
